Felted Slippers

Regular price $175.00 USD
Regular price Sale price $175.00 USD

Create your own custom hand felted slippers! In this three-part workshop, you'll use the ancient process of wet felting that combines wool roving, soap and water to create felt from scratch in the form of your dream slippers. Wet felted wool is structural, durable and insulating, making it the perfect material for slippers.

In these three sessions, you will learn the wet felting process, how to make a pattern for your slippers, how to shape wool into a 3-D form and how incorporate decorative elements into your custom felt designs.

While cozy slippers are the end goal for this class, this deep dive into the felting process with Mallory Zondag will give you the foundation to tackle other felting projects. Mallory is an inspiring teacher and she has shown us that once you learn how to felt, you can make anything out of fluffy wool!
