A celebration of local farms, farmers and the rural character of Saratoga County.

Main Street Studio is thrilled to be a part of the Saratoga Farm Showcase sponsored by Saratoga PLAN, an organization committed to protecting farmland in the Saratoga Region.

The studio will be open from 10am - 4pm on Saturday, June 22 with a special exhibit of artwork celebrating the agricultural heritage of the area. Penny Heritage, author of "Burnt Hills Veterinary Tails" will also be in the studio talking about her book featuring stories from Stan "Doc" and Shirley Garrison.

Pick up pre-purchased tickets from 10am - 1pm for the Saratoga PLAN Farm Showcase at the studio.

The Saratoga Farm Showcase is a self-guided farm tour around Saratoga County showcasing the benefits of local farms and importance of protecting agricultural land through conservation efforts.

The event is organized by Saratoga PLAN and will feature 15 participating farms, many of them right "around the corner" from the studio, including Arnold's Farm Fresh Produce, City Goat Farm, Hop City Maple, Milburt Farm and Greenhouse, Smith's Orchard & Bake Shop, Stem & Stone Farm, Willow Marsh Farm Store and Wm. H. Buckley Farm!
